Ingredients

  • Your favorite apple variety (washed, peeled, and sliced into thin wedges)

Optional

  • Cinnamon/Suger mixture (to taste)

Directions

Step 1
Arrange apple pieces on a cookie sheet so pieces are not touching.
Step 2
Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture, if desired.
Step 3
Heat in a 150 degree oven for 10-20 hours untill they are flexible, but not sticky.
