Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 4lb tomatillos (husked and rinsed)
  • 1 cup white onion (chopped)
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • the juice of one whole lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 jalapenos (stemmed and chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 poblano chiles

Directions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in food processor until blended and chunkiness suits your style. Enjoy!

    This looks delicious. How long will this stay good in the refrigerator? And can I freeze it?

      It would stay good about a week in the refrigerator, and you could absolutely freeze it!
